I encountered serious racism in this shop
I noticed that the sale would give help to white people to check the size and get the shoes ready and hand them to the customer and ask if they were the right size.

However, when I approached multiple sales to ask if they had my size, they all said they were busy. I waited for over 30 minutes. It wasn't until they gave me the shoe box and walked away that I confirmed I had been treated unequally.

I also waited for 40 minutes at the checkout. Every sales, said I should wait for a while. But the white woman sitting next to me trying on shoes, from asking for the size, to trying them on, to buying, her sale was always there to assist

Worst experience.long story short THEY DID NOT REFUND ME AT ALL !!!!!! It was a damage sandal( final sale,215$)I returned it and they send me an e-gift card as a refund .when i tried to use it ,didn’t work and it was vanished!!! I kept calling them and they didn’t take the responsibility and just give me excuses.i email their customer service and call them constantly with all proof of from my bank account and the screenshot that i got from that e-giftcard number and pin .but they didn’t do anything.the customer service ( GINA ), when i sent her all proof with email she vanished as well !! it was horrible.after that i got e-giftcard phobia !i can not trust any e-giftcard from any company anymore

Absolutely appalling customer service
Absolutely appalling customer service. They weren’t willing to help with my query.I was requesting their assistance in locating a pair of shoes. I was unable to send them a link but named and described them but they refused to look into it and kept repeating send a link. I asked to speak to a manager but they refused to give me any contact details. I have never bought any of their products and after today’s experience I won’t be buying from them in the future.

I bought loafers from Stuart Weitzman . I only wore them once but the glue came out and shoes ripped on side. Just one time only went to city center didnt even walk much. Complete fraud.

Will not be ordering from Stuart Weitzman again…..
I’ve actually never written a review before but the experience has been awful and I feel that other people should be aware.

I purchased a few pairs of shoes from the Stuart Weitzman 5th Ave store in NYC and ended up returning one pair to another location in White Plains, NY. The original receipt shows that I purchased the shoes with an AMEX. When I returned the shoes the woman said it would go back to the original form of payment and the return receipt clearly says AMEX Refund.

4 weeks later and I have not received the money back. I called SW customer service and they claim there was no method of payment so it was returned as cash. The woman said she would have to contact another department and have them contact me to issue me a store credit if possible. She kept claiming the stores are different than the company but yet my return was sent back to the company. The woman was so unpleasant and I can honestly say I will never buy another pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes again. I called AMEX and disputed the charges and submitted all the necessary documents. Hopefully it works out……

This is the worst shopping experience…
This is the worst shopping experience ever for such a luxury brand. It took me a whole month to get a refund confirmation after I chased up with them multiple times. And the confirmation I just got says it will take 30 working days to receive the money. This is way beyond the 14 working days as they told me. And now I am not sure I will get my money after the 30 days they promised. Trying to contact my bank see if they can help me to apply a Chargeback. Never buy from this company ever again!

Never ever order from this company directly - you have to chase for refunds, they never do it automatically. After calling them several times, then had to wait 28 days for a refund. Even then they try to give it back to you less some tax, which is a complete con. When they answer, they are rude and never get back to you. Some guy once said to me on the phone it is beyond his pay grade to give me an answer and told me to write in an email instead! Order their products from a reputable 3rd merchant like net a porter.

Horrible customer service
Customer service won’t respond . Have been sending numerous emails , called numerous times … no answer . Instead you are transferred to voicemail . Can’t believe that a well known brand treats their customers so badly . I’m done with them !

Doesn’t surprise me this company has horrible reviews........ I subscribed to emails and text messages and was supposed to receive a code for 15 percent off I received a code that did not work on anything when I contacted customer service they gave me a list of excluded products that was basically everything....... I canceled everything and I will purchase from a company that’s customer friendly

They steal money from you. Dont buy from official site
Ordered just recently on May27, chose two day shipping, paid and received order confirmation. Then heard nothing ever since. Called CS hotline and they said can’t find my order and asked if I used a different email (which is not possible becoz i received the confirmation in the right email). Then they said it might be system glitch. Now they escalated it internally. But I mean, isn’t it just stealing money from me? Scam

Stuart Weitzman scammed me
On March 15, I ordered two shoes. One worked and one I returned right away via mail. It is now May 5th. I did not get back my return. They sent me a gift card credit only 2 weeks ago (despite I returned my item on time and purchased a FULL price item that was eligible for return). Canadian customer service said they would refund my card and they did not. My money was stolen. Horrible company. Horrible customer care.

Where do I start...
Where do I start.... I order sandals on 4/2 from Stuart Weitzman.. UPS sent me a email stating they would be delivered 4/10 between 2pm-6pm. I received a 3rd party notification stating they were delivered at 1:32pm. Got home realized they were not delivered.. immediately called UPS and Stuart Weitzman . Followed up with both on 4/12 to get the investigation into where my sandals where, or to get a refund started.. 6 phone calls later 5 escalations one email to corporate over the past 18 days and Stuart Weitzman has done absolutely nothing... No follow up email no nothing. If you want to buy their products, I suggest you get it from Nordstrom....This company has not only dropped the ball, but they’ve pushed me and my money elsewhere!!!

Stuart Weitzman is literally STEALING…
Stuart Weitzman is literally STEALING MY MONEY! I exchanged sizes on 3 pairs of shoes over 2 months ago. They charged me for all 6 pairs of shoes. Even though the merchandise was returned the week it arrived and never worn, they are still holding on to my money. Even the Manager or their Cherry Creek location in Denver cannot get my money back... they won’t respond to him either!!!

Buy elsewhere.

They do not honor prices and shipping policies on their own website claiming sale items are different and are not entitled to the same shipping practices even though it is listed under the individual product. Also, the automatic email they send you with free shipping and the sale price is not valid. Customer service is also inadequate, useless and did not respond.

Disappointing that they would choose not to honor the print on their own website during a pandemic when everyone is shopping online

Damaged packaging and terrible CS! Avoid!!
I received my package a couple of days ago in a visibly damaged box that was not taped sufficiently but also looked like the courier company opened and did not bother to re-seal. One half of the box was opened so the shoes could have fallen out. After emailing CS I received a response informing me
They take complaints seriously (hilarious joke) asked if the contents were damaged to which I responded no. I’ve not heard a peep out of them since. I followed up with an email asking for my delivery fee to at least be reimbursed as a gesture of goodwill. No response. This is appalling to say the least for a high-end company purporting to care about their customers. I was a first time shopper with them and my last. Never again. I highly recommend you shop elsewhere because they don’t deserve your custom.
